Great China in Mooresville

I ordered the steam dumplings , hot & sour soup and mongolian beef, only thing I ate was the soup.Steam dumplings were mushy and flavor was very bland, beef was tough to chew and not a lot of flavor.

Do not eat at this place, very dirty and they are rude! Will not return, if you do decide to eat there check your fried rice for bugs and "droppings".

Odered our food at 7 finally got to our house at 8:40. I had to heat up our food because it was getting cold. You dont get much good,and it's not the best. Wont be ordering from them again.

They burn everything even if you ask them not too and its just nasty food. I am done with them also they have bad attitudes

We've been ordering from this place for over a year! This was our first horrifying experience....I was supposed to get a refund monday because our order was delivered dried out and burnt? said they were going to redeliver the same order and then called me back two and a half hours later to say they ran out of chicken.... never got a call back yesterday

I just ordered from here. I've never had an issue until today. Delivery wasn't on time which caused mine and my families food to be cold.. sweet and sour chicken was so hard. Wonton soup was disgusting. My husband's beef fried rice came with absolutely no beef. We feel sick after eating. will not be ordering from here again. Ever. Would not recommend anymore.

Greatest Chinese food in Mooresville, and extremely friendly and courteous customer service!

Charge 2×for a order then i tried to explain to them about their mistakes also they ran my cc 5 times then it got to a point. Where they called the Mooresville police on me i got bank of America on the phone they explain to them that i paid also they tried 4 more times i hope the bank puts the extra money i lost back to my account. After over 5 years going there sad how a business treats there clients. Never again i will ever go there. Also check your cc

95% Vegetables and rice hardly any meat! You walk in and see a message about mandatory face masks yet not one of the employees are wearing one! One of the worst Chinese restaurants in this area!

The food was great and fast and always hot

You can add vegetable rice instead of the normal pink mystery meat rice, It. Is. Phenomenal. Would be 5 stars but I haven't had a lot of their food, mainly just orange chicken and scallion chicken, but what i have had is really good. They've also been really consistent, which is rare for a Chinese strip mall place. Most other restaurants start strong and then slump down to nasty over time. This place has been good ever since we first started going.

I've been ordering delivery from them for about a month now and I'm always very pleased with the food (although it does tend to taste different from week to week). I highly recommend their lo mein, egg rolls (so crispy and flavorful!), BBQ spare ribs (they put HONEY on them!), and dumplings. Delivery does take awhile so plan accordingly, but the food always makes up for it!

The food is okay. They use different tasting sauce that I'm used to. Clean inside and out. Seamse chicken sauce tasted different from what I'm used to.

Won’t go anywhere else... cheap, fast and best of all GOOD! Fancy delivery packages too, I love it!

Delivery people dont keep tip he underpay his employees and pay undertable my daughter work 5 hour got paid 24 dollar when reality she should gotten 45 dollar

I ordered delivery. They charged me for fuel charge and for an order of rice I didn’t get or want. I feel like the stole from me. Ordered many times with orders being wrong many of them. We all make mistakes but cannot excuse being stolen from. Check out their health score! I was in the food industry and anything below 95 is questionable but have to be really bad to be in 80’s. Good bye Great China!

Horrible. This place USED to be good. Now they skimp on all the meat and serving sizes. Went there tonight and they messed up my order with more expensive items. So they put our bags of food ON THE FLOOR while we waited for them to fix their mistake. Meanwhile our food is getting cold and soggy and it was nasty when we got home. Then looking at the receipt when I got home I found out they never adjusted the price for the lesser expensive items we ordered. They charged us for the spendier stuff we never got. STAY AWAY. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. If I could give it minus five stars I would. We will never, ever go back there. This place rips you off. Be warned

Absolutely the best place for Chinese food where the portions are not only very tasty but also fairly generous, for a decent price. One of the very few places where you will get to taste how scallops are supposed to taste, no rubbery mess here. My order was a take out and everything was as ordered, just make sure you ask for cutlery/chopsticks if you need them. Definitely got me coming back.

I placed my order on online and they said it should be here at 12 so I called to see what was taking so long the cashier lady answered and was talking to fast and then she hangs up so I called again and she hung up on me again

Always good Good at reasonable prices

Was really good in the beginning when first started using this place. But here lately..yall have SUCKED!!! the last 6 times I've called they say 30/40mins and it's been 2HOURS!!! I've let it go. Stuff happens. And like I said I like this place. But ONCE AGAIN order tonight at 7:20pm and got food at 9:15pm. A small order at that. Nobody likes cold food. Get it together people or yall going to start losing business....

I have been going here for years, haven't been in a while. They Have always been pretty good. I just visited lately and was a little alarmed at their health score !!! They dropped down from an A rating to A B rating , below 90??? Not Good... That means they have some serious sanitation issues.. won't be going There any more..

Have gotten take out a couple times, with the food ready exactly when they said both times. They have a big selection of everything from American favorites to dishes that sound more traditional. While it might not be the very best Chinese food I’ve had, it’s definitely the best value. I especially recommend their lunch specials. I will be back.

These people do not know what they are doing. Do not order from here what so ever. They never get the order right m. I once ordered a thing of pork fried rice and powered donuts and they forgot the rice and they told us we know had to come in and pick it up or they would keep our money and we wouldn’t have the food. Bunch of thieves. Trust me guys anywhere else man. Don’t do it to yourself

I love the food here. But the lady who was there today forgot our hot and sour soup then had an attitude after my husband drove back to get it. All this after she was snappy on the phone with me while ordering. Things are very smooth when shes not there. If you dont like your job then MOVE on to something else. Not sure if we are going back! This is a common theme...second time in couple months with rude people In customer service!

I love this place! Food is always delicious and hot. Delivery is prompt. And if you're like me and want to eat the whole menu, the manager will help you pick! Lol

I went there for the first time today and was blown away how GHETTO and UNPROFESSIONAL they were. Kids of the employees running around. Employees going outside to smoke opening the door and the smoke blows in my face. I asked for water and was told she could get my some water out the sink. The Chinese lady working there gets on her iPad FaceTiming someone speaking so loud and as I’m minding my business she turns the iPad towards me to put me on camera to show me to some man. The lo mein was okay and the honey wings was good. But I doubt I’ll be returning I’m very disappointed by the service and staff.

Ordered the hot wings and pork fried rice at 6:44 pm so I go to foodlion get whatever I need we’ll when I go to pick up my food the Chinese lady told me to wait for ten more minutes checked the bag that was on the table and everything she just walked away dint have me check it or nothing so I return home to take my groceries home before I get back there I check on the time I ordered just to be sure we’ll I ordered at 6:44pm dint get my food till 7:35 pm and I basically yelled at the guy cause I was frustrated y’all may need to get her to do her job right or let her go

They're always fast and accurate. They've never messed up my order. I always enjoy the food from there. They're very generous with their portion sizes. Prices are reasonable. One of my favorite spots for comfort food.

Great delivery service

We ordered delivery at 6:52pm. Ended up getting it at 8:45! On the bright side, the food was hot and fresh when we did get it! Will never do delivery with them again but will certainly do pickup

My family and I love this spot! They always quote us ten min. for to go orders and they never fail. Not to mention the food is always fresh and delicious !
